Phase 01
Standard flatbed delivery
This is a delivery service for orders that are under 13.5 metres in length and under 26 tonnes in weight.
Please note that the customer is responsible for unloading the products from the vehicle. It is crucial to consider the weight of the products and the available on-site equipment for unloading before placing an order. If you need help with unloading or have limited site access, please contact us before placing your order.
Phase 02
HIAB lift-off service
We also provide a HIAB delivery service to aid in the offloading of your items. Please feel free to contact the team for a quotation should you wish to take advantage of this option.
Phase 03
Workshop collection
Located in Leicestershire, our workshop is ideally situated for collections of your goods if preferred. Please select 'pick up from workshop' within your shopping cart — no delivery charge applies.
Phase 04
Programme-sequenced loads
On larger orders we sequence loads to match your erection programme — pieces arrive in the order you need them, with timed windows where required.

Pricing
How delivery is calculated
Charges are calculated per mile, banded by the weight and length of your order. The further from our Leicestershire workshop, the higher the per-mile charge — but the rate per kilometre falls dramatically once you are on the trunk-road network.

Difficult sites and restricted access
Tight lanes, height restrictions, weight-limited bridges or sloped sites? Tell us at the quoting stage. We'll match the vehicle to the access — including rigid lorries, articulated trailers or HIAB-equipped units — and confirm timing windows for any unloading you need.
