All our welders are qualified (coded) to BS EN 9606-1 and capable of welding all grades of steel. Being coded means our welding engineers have undertaken rigorous training and continual testing.
We hold an extensive range of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) to cover most applications — allowing us to react quickly to your requirements without compromising on quality.

WPSs ready to go
An extensive library of Welding Procedure Specifications covers the vast majority of applications. New WPSs can be qualified rapidly via our in-house Responsible Welding Coordinator.
Phase 04
Quality management system
Our workforce operates within our Welding Quality Management System (WQMS) accredited by ISOQAR and approved to BS EN 1090 EXC 2 — your guarantee of quality and UKCA marking on structural steels.

Better Weld
Training centre and in-house testing
Through our Better Weld training centre we specialise in all things fabrication and welding — an EAL Accredited Training Centre offering a full range of qualifications from accredited introductory courses through to coded welder training and weld tests to BSEN 9606.
Implementation of WPQRs and weld test operators in all processes to BSEN 9606 ensures our team stays at the leading edge of welding quality.
