Capability
Architectural metalwork
We have the ability to fabricate all manner of architectural metalwork items — including structural / cantilever walk-on balconies, steel staircases, staircase balustrading, external railings, fire escapes, cat ladders, vehicle gates and pedestrian gates.
This process is supported by our use of 3D detailing packages to ensure accuracy and consistency. Glass, timber and marble can all be combined — with a choice of colour options and finishes to complement the aesthetic.
Design
Period and modern architectural features
Architectural styles can be wildly different from one period to the next, from one architect to the next, from country to country and with many more variables thrown into the mix. Our design team often collaborates with designers, architects and private clients to create items that match an architectural style — shapes, decorations and bespoke sizes for the project.
Materials
Stainless steel and glass
If a glass and stainless steel balustrade is the finish you want, we can assist at every stage to achieve your desired look. More and more clients are opting for the high-spec finish and beautiful clean lines of stainless steel and glass balustrades.
We have ensured we have the knowledge, skills and equipment to help our clients get a product they can be proud of.
Complex shapes
Metal forming for architectural detail
Metal forming is one of the important manufacturing processes — forging, rolling, wire drawing, extrusion, deep drawing and bending. In both cold and hot forming a localised compressive force is applied through a forming tool, generating high contact pressures at the workpiece / tool interface so the workpiece deforms to deliver the desired shape and surface finish.
